Chickpeas tossed with potatoes, tomatoes and some lip smacking seasoning of lime juice and masala.

Ingredients of Chana Chaat

  • 1 cup chick peas, boiled
  • 1 cup small potatoes, boiled
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 2 tsp green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • Pinch of black salt
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chana Chaat

  1. In a bowl, take chick peas; add green chillies, tomatoes, potatoes and lemon juice.
  2. Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt and salt. Mix it well.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve chilled.
