How to Make Tandoori Masala Roasted Chicken (My Yellow Table)
1.Take mustard oil in a bowl and add red chilli powder, yogurt, ginger-Garlic paste & lemon juice, mix well.
2.Add kasuri methi powder, salt & butter, mix well & stuff it in chicken.
3.Fill the cavity with lemon , garlic cloves & onion.
4.Use a Skewer to hold the legs together for roasting.
5.Take a roasting tray & add chopped baby potatoes, onions, garlic, salt & marination paste to it.
6.Place the chicken & put it in oven at 110˚c for 45 minutes & then increase to 160˚c for another 20 minutes.
7.Once cooked brush some of the melted fat on the chicken.
8.Garnish with coriander & lemon
