How to Make Crab Wrapped in Corn Paratha
For Corn Parantha:
1.Make corn paste by grinding sweet corn.
2.In a bowl, mix egg white, sweet corn paste, salt, pepper and milk.
3.Cook like a roti in a pan with little oil.
1.Mix in with crab meat - ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, yellow chilli flakes, cream, olive oil, tomato paste, tomato ketchup.
2.Mix all and cook for 10 minutes till gravy-like.
1.Mix all chopped vegetables - tomato, sweet corn, green onion, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, mango, fresh coriander, fresh mint with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
1.Put crab meat in parantha. Roll it and spread chutney on top.
