How to Make Creamy Apricot Dessert
1.Put the apricots into the blender with two tablespoons of water. Whiz them to a coarse pulp in a bowl.
2.Whip the cream until it is stiff then add the cardamom to it.
3.Heat the butter in the saucepan and fry the cashew nuts for two minutes.
4.Take them out of the pan and let them cool on kitchen paper and crush them.
5.Mix the crushed nuts with the apricot and cream and serve it chilled with Italian biscuits or ice cream wafers.
