How to Make Curried Eggs with Grilled Vegetables
For the Egg Curry:
1.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions.
2.Tip in the chillies.
3.Quarter the eggs.
4.Add the cumin powder, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, salt to the onions and give it a quick stir.
5.Now tip in the eggs.
6.Fold them in the masalas very carefully.
For the Grilled Vegetables:
1.Slice the tomatoes.
2.Place the tomatoes and the mushrooms in a flat grilling dish
3.Sprinkle the herbs, peppercorns an salt over the veggies.
4.Drizzle some olive oil. Now place this under the grill for about 10-15 minutes.
For the Salad:
1.Add the oil, honey, peppercorns, chillies and mix together.
2.Add the vinegar to it.
3.Add this dressing to the lettuce leafs
