Ingredients of Ande Ka Halwa With Lemon Curd (My Yellow Table)

  • 100 gms almonds
  • 100 gms walnuts
  • 100 gms fine grain sugar
  • 100 gms grated cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp saffron water
  • 2 Tbsp kewra water
  • 1 Tbsp Flour

  • For Lemon Curd
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 200 gms sugar
  • 1 lemon

How to Make Ande Ka Halwa With Lemon Curd (My Yellow Table)

  1. Blend together almonds, walnuts and egg.
  2. Now, beat together eggs and sugar.
  3. To this, add grated cheese, saffron water, kewra water followed by the almonds and walnuts mixture.
  4. Take a baking tray, dust it with flour,
  5. Add butter to it and bake at 180℃  for about 15 minutes.

  6. For Lemon Curd
  7. Cook egg yolks and sugar on a double boiler till it thickens.
  8. Add Lemon Juice and serve in a bowl.
