For oriental chicken strips:
Make a paste of ginger, chilli, garlic, lime leaves, lemongrass and salt.
In a bowl marinate the chicken strips with some soya sauce, oyster sauce and the paste.
Stir fry the marinated chicken in some oil.
Serve with salad.
For the methi sprouts and plum salad:
In a salad bowl mix methi sprouts, plums, cherry tomatoes, salt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil. Toss well.
