- 250 gms jaggery
- 1 cup of water
- 5-6 basil leaves
- 1 ginger
- 2-3 mandarins
- 2 lemons
- 1 Tbsp cardamom powder
How to Make Pannakam (My Yellow Table)
- Take jaggery in a bowl
- Add water and allow it to melt.
- Add chopped basil leaves, ginger, sliced mandarins, lemon juice and lemons to it.
- Add cardamom powder & salt to taste.
- Serve cold.
