Ingredients of Pannakam (My Yellow Table)

  • 250 gms jaggery
  • 1 cup of water
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1 ginger
  • 2-3 mandarins
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 Tbsp cardamom powder
  • salt

How to Make Pannakam (My Yellow Table)

  1. Take jaggery in a bowl
  2. Add water and allow it to melt.
  3. Add chopped basil leaves, ginger, sliced mandarins, lemon juice and lemons to it.
  4. Add cardamom powder & salt to taste. 
  5. Serve cold.
