Grilled baby potatoes marinated in yogurt and cooked with carrots and radish.

Ingredients of Tandoori Baby Potato Salad

  • 12 baby potatoes
  • 1 cup yogurt (low fat)
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 Lettuce
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tandoori Baby Potato Salad

  1. In a bowl, take yoghurt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix it well.
  2. Add baby potatoes, carrot and radish to the paste and marinate well.
  3. Insert the potatoes, carrots and radish onto a skewer. Grill in a tandoor till they are crisp and golden brown.
  4. Take the grilled potatoes in a bowl, add lettuce, salt and lemon juice and mix it well. Serve.
