Garlic Balsamic Prawns

Prawns dipped in a delicious garlic, parsley and balsamic marinade and pan seared. Served with brown rice onion pilaf.

Ingredients of Garlic Balsamic Prawns

  • 125-140 gms small sized prawns (Weight after being shelled and cleaned)
  • 4 bamboo skewers (Soaked in water for 10 minutes)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, to pan fry the skewers
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 20 ml soya sauce
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 10-15 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp oil

How to Make Garlic Balsamic Prawns

1.In a blender mix together all the marinade ingredients.
2.Keep aside 2-3 tbsp of the marinade aside for garnishing and marinate the prawns in the rest of it.
3.Skewer the prawns and let them chill for about 10 minutes.
4.In a pan add oil and pan sear the prawns for 2-3 minutes on both sides or till done.
5.Garnish with some marinade.
6.Serve with a brown rice onion pilaf.
