Ingredients of Kaddu ka Shorba ( My Yellow Table)

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Potato
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots
  • 5-6 pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • 10-12 apricots
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 250 gms butter

How to Make Kaddu ka Shorba ( My Yellow Table)

1.Add oil to pan.
2.Saute bay leaf, saunf, onions, potato and carrots.
3.Add apricots, turmeric powder & allow to cook.
4.Blitz the vegetables once cooked.
5.Add it back to the pan along with water, salt and nutmeg powder.
6.Bring to boil,
7.Serve hot.
